PAF Stands for...

POWER – What can I achieve when I am aware of my own strengths?

ATTITUDE – Who am I, and how do I act with others?

FOCUS – What can I do when I am conscious of my daily focus?

PAF was developed in 2012 by Mette Nordahl. The PAF concept is used by many schools in Denmark as well as in Holland, Switzerland and Costa Rica.

PAF In Action

Hear a student's experience with PAF

“As a daily leader in the school system over many years, this is the first time I’ve experienced a tool that works in a holistic way. The PAF concept works in the classroom with only a minimal effort. A simple and very efficient tool that is very useful for our daily life at school. We are currently integrating PAF fully for everyone who is a  part of our school – Employees, students, and parents.

In recent years, the pressure on the employees has grown. Because of this simple tool which is so easily integrated, I see great opportunities for a positive development of the schools in Denmark.

Promote a good workplace with PAF

Incorporating PAF exercises into the classroom helps children develop on a deeper level. Through mutual respect and the ability to acknowledge ourselves and others, everyone learns how to create a positive class environment.

Students and staff all develop their own language that focuses on mutual trust and the awareness of individual strengths and potentials. When we care about, accept, and understand each other, we feel that we belong and that others see us for who we are.

Once PAF exercises are integrated into the daily life of a school, there is a long-lasting effect and change in the school’s culture.

When the entire staff is introduced to PAF with the shared intention of creating a healthier environment, the classroom culture becomes strong and is full of students who believe in themselves and know themselves on a deeper level.

The pros of using PAF

Who is Mette Nordahl?

"I am PAF every single day"

I know that we can all overcome the negative thought patterns and programming that is engrained during childhood. I have done it many times. I am on a life journey where I help others connect to their full potential.

We can achieve so much more when we connect with our intuition. We can live each day with care, love, and compassion for ourselves and others.

I work with cell memories and the body’s own wisdom through systemic constellations and by referencing epigenetics and quantum physics to increase awareness of our thought patterns.

I am deeply grateful for the personal developments I’ve made through these methods. My passion is to create change in the way we think about ourselves and others. I’m fascinated by the way we are all connected in the world and how we are all a part of something bigger.
